Software license

Use, copying, modification, and distribution of the software are governed by the license included with the source and download. These website terms do not replace that license.

Pro subscription

Pro is billed monthly or yearly until cancelled. The terms shown at checkout govern billing, renewals, cancellation, and any refund rights. Cancelling stops a future renewal and leaves Pro active through the paid period.

When Pro lapses, contextual recall hints and new perceptual indexing stop. Stored captures remain on the Mac and available to exact-text search; Noru freezes that paid corpus instead of applying the Free retention cap. Thepricing page describes the feature boundary.

Your responsibility

Capture only content you have the right to capture. You decide which coding agent is connected and remain responsible for that agent's use of context. Noru is observe-only and does not authorize an agent to control your Mac.

Other services

Noru is distributed through Apple notarization and GitHub releases, checkout is handled by Stripe, and connected AI tools have their own terms. Noru is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or any AI vendor.

No warranty

Noru Flow is provided as is, without warranty to the extent permitted by law. Verify important agent output before relying on it.
